Processing Time:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase, and a tracking number is always provided via email (or via Instagram, if you choose to checkout on Instagram).

Shipping Time:

• The estimated shipping/delivery time is generally 2-7 business days for domestic orders within the USA, and generally 7-21 business days for international orders.
• Most of our customers *in the USA* receive their orders much sooner, in as little as 2-5 business days after purchase! *But please note that shipping times are subject to occasional delays during Holidays, unforeseeable weather conditions such as regional storms/hurricanes, and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, as each of these conditions can impact the shipping carrier's transit times.

PRODUCT FAQs:

• Please note that colors may look slightly different in person due to different computer/phone screens, resolution settings, lighting conditions, etc. However, we always try our utmost best, to take photos that show each item’s true/accurate coloring and detailing.

SIZING FAQs:

• Regardless of an item’s size, we always advise that everyone check their own measurements with a measuring tape and compare it to the sizing measurements listed in each item’s description, as we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to inaccurate fitting.

• All measurements are approximate and are listed in inches.
• Items with “no stretch” listed in the description, will have “little-to-no stretch” depending on the material content of the garment (ie: 100% cotton). Please keep this in mind and always refer to item measurements in the description, compared with your own measurements.
• For “stretchy” items, we’ll sometimes list measurements: (1) not stretched, to (2) max stretched/taut, to show how much the item can stretch, to fit a variety of sizes; for example: waist: 28” ~48”taut/stretched.
