Return Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept or offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We are a small business and at this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of heart or fit.
  • Aside from our main stock of “brand new” products, we also stock and resell “pre-loved” items, which are actual vintage items.
    • Items labeled as “pre-loved” in the item’s description, are sold “as is” and may be subject to minor imperfections (ie: distressing on denim, light fabric pilling, loose threads, etc). Any major flaws or imperfections will usually be noted in the item’s description, but since we are only human, one or two minor/microscopic flaws may possibly go unnoticed. Unless major, neither a full nor partial refund will be granted if minor flaws, such as those mentioned above, happen to be present.
    • *Rest assured, we take pride in offering *only the very best quality* of pre-loved/vintage items, therefore, we carefully inspect every item, and we only choose items that are in “like-new” or “brand new” condition to be sold on our site as “pre-loved” vintage.

    FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:

    • Refunds will not be granted for orders returned to us, due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are available for their order's delivery and/or arrange collection of their package, once their order has shipped.
    • If you are not home to receive your delivery, your package may be held at your local post office for collection (including applicable duties/taxes, if you are an international customer, outside of the USA).
    • We cannot guarantee your local carrier will leave a "missed delivery" notice, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery time frame, please refer to your tracking number, or contact us.
    • We do not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable.

    INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/INFO ENTERED AT CHECKOUT:

    • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

    LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

    • After shipping, we are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Every order is packaged carefully in order to prevent damage during transit.
      • If in the rare event, you think your package has been lost or stolen, we will gladly contact USPS and elevate it to a case, but we cannot provide compensation, no exceptions.
